The issue that we all miss is "HUMANITY AND CONFRONTING NATURE". Scientists, through modern technology, have consistently been confronting nature most blindly and blatantly........result environmental disasters. Are we not slowly placing ourselves (humanity) in peril?

This topic on waste management is one example of creating environmental disaster for humanity...after using a system, we find problems. We should assume problems at the project design stage.

It is suggested that while debates on CSI continue, we should also be working on pro-active methodologies towards studies and research relating to outcomes of the design stage of projects, rather than reactive studies and research on results and outcomes. This is not to say that the latter has no place in project development.
